This sparkling wine was made exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes, grown at Quinta Picos do Couto.
It goes well with appetizers, desserts and fatty meat dishes.

All grapes were hand-picked and harvested at the ideal ripening time for this style of wine. After a delicate pressing, the must was decanted and in turn delicately fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The second fermentation followed by the traditional method in bottle, where the wine aged for 9 months until its degórgement in June 2021.
